A beautiful winter wedding at an outdoor venue in Cherry Value.
Roy and Alicia celebrated their union at a gorgeous outdoor wedding venue in December! I met them years ago on a random group date, so it was so awesome being able to capture their special day. We started the day at a hotel about 10 minutes from the wedding venue. Alicia wanted to capture some fun moments with her girls. Getting ready with all the bridesmaids is always like the most chaotic fun ever. She shared some cure moments with there best friends and her mother. From there, we took some bridal party photos at a beautiful spot on the side of the road. Roy also wanted some shot with his groomsmen before the ceremony. Very casual, high energy groomsmen was there to support and hype up Roy as he prepped for this momentous occasion. The first time Roy and Alicia wanted to see each other was when she walked down the aisle. It was such a beautiful and emotional moment as I watched Roy's reaction to seeing his bride walk towards him. Vows were shared and it was a beautiful ceremony. Roy and Alicia spent the rest of the day taking photos with family and friends. They clearly were having the best time together. I watched and captured them fully enjoying the biggest celebration of their love.
The Bend was perfect for them. It was outdoors, and at the time of covid, this was really important for safety concerns. The Bend on Oak Glen Road sits on a large property, making it flexible and open for guests. Cherry valley is also a very beautiful place. Alicia actually found a little spot on the side of the road where we took some couple portraits! It was a beautiful moment. They were able to sneak away for a good amount of time and really soak it all in. It was quieter, there were no other people around, and we watched the sun set as music played in the background. Roy and Alicia spent the rest of the night dancing and partying with their favorite people. This was an amazing display of love and support that Roy and Alicia had from their friends and family and I am so grateful to have been a part of it!
